DIY Paper Quilling Lamp

Hello friends, today we are going to learn how to make DIY Paper Quilling Lamp.

Have you got bored with that old night lamp of your room and looking for something new and unique? Try this gorgeous handmade paper quilling lamp and give your room a different and beautiful look.

This handmade paper quilling lamp looks so beautiful that you cannot take your eyes off from this and would love to brighten your room with the beautiful and colorful lights emitting from the beautiful lamp.

So here are step by step instructions (with pictures) on how you can make a DIY Paper Quilling Lamp.

Materials needed to make a paper quilling lamp

• Paper quills (you can make your own paper quills or get them from market)
• Ribbon
• Old CD
• Round Basket
• Glue
• LED Bulb and holder

Step 1 – Make the colorful paper quills.

Note- You can get these paper quills from the market or simply with the help of paper quilling kit make these at your home.

Step 2 – Paste the paper quills keeping the basket as a base.

Take the basket and on the reverse start pasting the coils. Make sure do not paste the coils with basket, paste the coils with each other.

Step 3 – Paste the coils, leaving the center.

Keep pasting the coils and leave the center part of the basket as we need to insert a light and holder.

Step 4 – Paste the CD at the center

After pasting the coils on whole surface keep it aside for some time and then take the basket out. Then paste an old CD at the center (as shown in pic).

Step 5 – Paste the ribbon.

Paste a beautiful ribbon around the edges and insert a light holder.

Step 6 – Light the lamp.

Your beautiful lamp is ready to spread the light.

Note: Besides paper quilling lamp you can also make a paper quilling bowl. In that case, paste the coils on a bowl and do not leave the center as you do not need to insert a holder.
