This is the simplest version of Christmas tree and can be made in no time.
You just need a thread or yarn and a paper to make a cone base.
Materials needed to make DIY Christmas tree using yarn or thread
- Chart Paper or Construction Paper
- Fevicol
- Yarn or Thread or Wool
- Decoration like beads, star or ribbon
Step by Step Tutorial to make a DIY Christmas tree using thread
Take a Chart paper and made a cone shape.
Wrap Polythene around the cone.
Now take a bowl and mix Fevicol and water in the ration 2:1.
Dip the yarn or wool or thread in this mixture.
Squeeze the excess glue with fingers and start wrapping around the cone (covered with polythene) completely. Wind the green woolen thread onto the cone in an irregular pattern from bottom to top until you can see very little of the cone.
Let it dry.
Once dry, take the wool cone out. Add a ribbon bow on top. You can stick some stickers or stars to make it more attractive.
Your handmade DIY Christmas tree is ready 🙂
